Black & Leather, Rocker Chic!
My Friends, today was such a fun OOTD! I absolutely love when an outfit comes together and somehow takes on a whole personality of its own—and today’s outfit definitely had a Rocker Chic vibe going on!
I started with black jeans, added some sparkle, a little leather, chunky silver jewelry, a fabulous bag, and then came the star of today’s outfit—the most incredible Egyptian cotton T-shirt!
And let me tell you, this T-shirt surprised me in the best possible way!
So let’s get into today’s look because there are some really fun details here!
The Outfit
👖 Pants
I started today’s outfit with these black marble-patterned jeans from Temu.
I love that they aren’t just a plain pair of black jeans. The subtle marble effect gives them a little extra personality while still keeping them incredibly easy to style.
Black jeans are one of those wardrobe pieces that can go in so many different directions. Add a blazer and heels and they can become dressier. Add sneakers and a leather jacket and suddenly you’ve got yourself a little Rocker Chic fashion moment!

👟 On The Feet
For my sneakers today, I went with my black glitter sneakers from Amazon.
Because apparently even my Rocker Chic outfits need a little sparkle! Haha!
I love adding something unexpected to an outfit, and the glitter gives this otherwise black-heavy look just enough shine.

🤍 The Star of the Show: Egyptian Cotton
Now let’s talk about the piece that really stole the show today!
This beautiful white T-shirt was gifted to me by my Brother-in-Law from Egypt, and it is from Kogee.
The first thing I noticed was the beautiful Egyptian logo on the upper left side. I absolutely love the traditional Egyptian red, white and black detailing. It adds such a special touch to the shirt, especially because it came to me from my family in Egypt.
But then I touched the fabric.
My Friends… WHAT?!
This T-shirt is made from 100% Egyptian cotton, and I have never owned anything made from Egyptian cotton before.
The feel and texture of this T-shirt honestly play mind games with me! Haha!
It is super smooth, super soft and almost silky feeling. If you simply handed this T-shirt to me without telling me what it was made from, my mind would probably say, “Shelley, this feels like silk!”
And then I remind myself…
It’s cotton!
This is what surprised me so much about it. The fabric feels incredibly luxurious against the skin, and now I completely understand why Egyptian cotton has such a reputation for being a premium cotton.
If you have never owned anything made from Egyptian cotton, I would honestly suggest trying it at least once in your lifetime.
And because this particular T-shirt came from my family in Egypt, it makes it even more special to me. ❤️
🖤 Accessories
Of course, I couldn’t stop there!
My belt of choice today was this black leather belt with a silver buckle from DHGate.
The silver buckle tied in beautifully with the silver jewelry I added throughout the outfit.
And speaking of silver…
I added this chunky silver chain from Temu around the neckline of my T-shirt.
Because the T-shirt has a classic round neckline, I loved how the chunky chain followed that same shape. It creates a really nice frame around the neckline and adds even more of that Rocker Chic personality.

Of course, I couldn’t stop there!
My belt of choice today was this black leather belt with a silver buckle from DHGate.

💍 Jewellery
Right Hand
On my right hand, I added this gold band with the extra-large red stone from Temu.
And this is one of those little Shelley details that I absolutely love!
The red stone pulls out some of the beautiful red from the Egyptian logo on my T-shirt.
I love when jewelry isn’t just randomly added, but actually connects with another element of the outfit.
Left Hand
My left hand is home to my Oura Ring, my health and fitness tracker.
Bangles
My bangles are always the same because, well… when you find things you love, you wear them!
The first is from a private seller named Pink, and the second is from DHGate.
Watch
And then we have my watch!
Today I chose this two-tone silver and gold Jubilee-style band, with a black bezel, diamond-style batons and a beautiful sparkly bezel.
This watch came from DHGate, and I think it worked perfectly with the mix of silver, gold and black throughout today’s outfit.

👜 Bag
Now THIS bag really brought the Rocker Chic personality into the outfit!
I chose this East-West style bag from Temu, and I absolutely love the shape.
But you know me…
I couldn’t just leave it alone. 😂
I added a Ferial Rose bag chain to the bag, and it completely made the bag pop!
This is soooo Shelley!
Give me a bag and then let me add something to it that makes it a little more me. That’s one of my favourite ways to make an affordable accessory feel more personalized and unique.

🕶️ Sunnies
For my sunglasses today, I kept things nice and dramatic with these all-black shades.
Black frames, black lenses and black arms, with just a tiny gold detail on the side.
Sometimes you just need a great pair of black sunglasses to finish everything off, and these did exactly that.

🧥 When The Weather Changes…
And because T-shirt weather is making its disappearing act around here, I had to add my beloved black leather jacket.
I love, love, LOVE this jacket!
And honestly, adding a leather jacket was the perfect way to finish this look.
The combination of the black jeans, white Egyptian cotton T-shirt, chunky silver chain, black leather, glitter sneakers and statement accessories gave me that Rocker Chic outfit I was looking for without making it feel like I was trying too hard.
It’s casual.
It’s comfortable.
It’s got personality.
And most importantly…
It feels like me!
