Neutral With Stripes Today!
My Friends, today’s outfit is all about neutral tones, stripes, comfort, and just enough sparkle to keep things interesting! 🤎✨
I have to tell you, this outfit has so many things I love. It’s comfortable, it’s affordable, it has a little bit of sparkle, and it even steps outside my usual comfort zone with stripes!
And you know me… if I can find something that looks fabulous without spending a fortune, I am one happy girl! 😂
So, let’s break this one down!
👖 Pants
Let’s start with the pants because these checked off ALL the boxes in my favourite department!
These are a pair of super soft, lightweight corduroy pants with a very fine cord. Because the corduroy is so fine, they don’t feel heavy or bulky at all.
They are also high-waisted and wide-legged, which I absolutely LOVE because that combination gives the illusion of making you look taller and a little slimmer than you actually are.
And My Friends… we are NEVER going to complain about that! 😂
They are soft, comfortable, lightweight AND affordable.
Yep… I think we have a winner!

👕 Top
Today’s top is a little $9.00 Walmart special!
$9.00, My Friends! You know I couldn’t walk away from that price. 😂
The fabric has this lovely fine ribbed texture, and it is super soft. And if there is one thing you already know about me, it’s that I LOVE anything soft and squishy!
Walmart offered these in several different colours, and yes… I got almost every one of them.
Each in a different colour, of course.
Because… that’s how I roll! 😂
The stripes are actually a little outside my normal comfort zone because I usually gravitate toward a solid colour. But when I saw this combination of white, dark brown, and taupe, I thought, “Ohhh, I think this one saw me coming!”
And here we are!

👟 On The Feet
Because glitter always makes my steps happy, I had to add my gold glitter sneakers!
These are my gold glitter sneakers from Amazon, and I just love what they do for a neutral outfit.
The clothing is soft and understated, and then BAM… a little sparkle on the feet!

🤎 Belt
My belt choice today is this brown suede belt with a light silver buckle, and this one came from Temu.
The brown works beautifully with the neutral tones in the outfit and helps pull everything together without overpowering the stripes.

✨ Jewellery
Necklace
My chunky chain of choice today is this larger-link chain necklace from Temu.
I really like how the larger links work with the neckline of the T-shirt. It fills in what could otherwise be a bit of a dull area and adds a little bit of sparkle and interest.
Sometimes it’s those little details that make an outfit feel finished!
Bangles
My bangles are still on a diet… HAHA! 😂
We are currently down to two.
The first one is from DHGate, and the last one is from a private seller named Pink.
Apparently, my bangles are practising portion control!
Rings
On my right hand, I’m wearing this stunning emerald ring set in a gold band.
The sparkle from that green emerald is just beautiful, and honestly, it’s hard for me to stay away from this ring!
And yes, this one came from Temu too.
On my left hand is none other than my Oura Ring, which is my health and fitness tracker.
A little bit of beauty and a little bit of technology… why not? 😊

And then we have my watch!
Ohhh, this one is a stunner!
It has a rose-gold Presidential-style band, a gorgeous teal dial, and a sparkly fluted bezel.
That teal dial gives just the right little pop of colour against all of these neutral shades.

👜 Bag
Now let’s talk about the bag because this one is just FUN!
This is another Temu find, and the different textures across the front are what make this bag so playful.
Honestly, it reminds me of ice cream melting on a hot summer day! 🍦😂
I know… my brain works in mysterious ways!
But that’s exactly why I love it.
Not every accessory has to be serious. Sometimes it’s fun to add something that simply makes you happy.
And this bag?
Makes me happy.
And I think that’s a pretty good reason to wear it!

Neutral Doesn’t Have To Mean Boring!
I think that’s what I love most about this outfit.
We have neutral colours, stripes, textures, sparkle, a pop of teal, and a playful bag, but somehow everything still works together.
And the best part?
It’s comfortable!
Because at this point in my life, I am absolutely NOT interested in suffering for fashion. 😂
Give me soft fabrics, comfortable pants, affordable finds, a little sparkle and something that makes me smile, and I’m a happy girl!
And this outfit definitely checks those boxes.
