My Friends, this is a prime example that you can wear whatever you want at ANY age!
I am 59, but in my world? I am 39 forever, baby! 😂
I borrowed that motto from the legendary Jack Benny, who famously answered the question, “How old are you?” with “39 forever.” And honestly, I think he was onto something!
Today’s OOTD pushed me far outside my comfort zone, and you know what? I absolutely LOVED it!
The star of today’s outfit is definitely these black jeans with silver rhinestone stars running down both legs. They are fun, sparkly and definitely not something you can ignore! 😂 I got them from Temu.
I paired the jeans with these metallic silver sneakers from Amazon, along with my black leather belt with a silver buckle from DHGate.
And then came the piece I REALLY pushed myself to wear…

My Friends, I have NEVER owned anything like this before. The fabric even feels a little like plastic, haha! But once I put the entire outfit together, I absolutely loved it. Sometimes you just have to step outside that comfort zone!
To finish everything off, I carried my silver metallic bag from Temu. This bag is seriously a must-have, and it comes in several other colours if silver isn’t your thing.
No necklace today because, honestly, I already felt like I could be seen from the moon! 😂 The outfit had enough sparkle without adding a chunky necklace.
For jewellery, I wore my usual bangles, a gorgeous statement ring from DHGate, and of course my Oura Ring on my left hand.
My watch was this silver oyster perpetual-style watch with a silver dial and smooth bezel, also from DHGate.
And finally, my sunnies! These have a silver frame, mirrored grey lenses and silver arms with black earpieces. Another Amazon find.
My Final Thoughts
My Friends, sometimes the outfits that scare us a little are the ones we end up loving the most.
This look was young, fun, sparkly, completely outside my comfort zone—and completely ME!
