Elephants Are Beautiful. 🐘
My Friends, everything about today’s outfit revolves around this absolutely beautiful elephant T-shirt!
Sometimes an outfit doesn’t start with the pants, the shoes or even the accessories. Sometimes one special piece catches your eye and suddenly… that’s it! That’s where the outfit begins. Haha!
Today’s outfit was inspired by a beautiful T-shirt that my brother-in-law gifted to my hubby. He lives in South Africa, and the moment I saw this T-shirt come out of the suitcase, well… let’s just say I immediately confiscated it! 😂
Yes, it is technically a men’s Large, but you know how much I love that oversized, comfortable look, so it worked perfectly for me.
And honestly, this isn’t just a T-shirt to me. It represents something I absolutely love about South Africa — the feeling of freedom, beauty and the incredible spirit of its wildlife.
And elephants? Oh my goodness… I LOVE elephants! 🐘 They are beautiful, powerful and incredibly intelligent creatures.
So today, my elephant T-shirt became the star of the show, and everything else simply had to fall into place around her!
👖 Pants
Let’s start with these tan jeans from Temu.
These jeans are one of those pieces that make getting dressed so easy because they are comfortable, stretchy and affordable.
I love the soft tan colour because it works beautifully for autumn and gives me a warmer alternative to my usual denim.
And because today’s outfit was all about that oversized casual vibe, these jeans were the perfect foundation.

My brother-in-law, who lives in South Africa, gifted this beautiful elephant T-shirt to my hubby. The minute I saw it in the suitcase, I knew there was a problem…
Hubby wasn’t getting it back! 😂😂
I immediately confiscated it!
The T-shirt is from Zimba in South Africa, and I just love everything about it.
The elephant design speaks to me because elephants are such magnificent animals. They are strong, intelligent and incredibly beautiful.
And I love that this shirt brings a little piece of South Africa into my outfit.
Even though this is a men’s Large, it fits perfectly with the oversized fashion look I love. I don’t believe clothing always has to be worn exactly the way it was intended. Sometimes you just have to look at a piece and think…
“Hmmmm… I can make that work!” 😉
And that’s exactly what I did!

👟 On The Feet
For my sneakers today, I went with these gold glitter sneakers from Amazon.
My Friends, these sneakers are just FUN!
The gold glitter works beautifully with the tan jeans and adds just enough sparkle without taking away from the elephant T-shirt.
Because let’s be honest… sometimes an outfit needs a little bit of sparkle. ✨
And these are definitely sneakers I keep coming back to.

🤎 Belt
My belt today is this wide, dark brown leather belt with a beautiful gold buckle from DHGate.
The dark brown works perfectly with the tan jeans, while that gold buckle ties in so nicely with my gold accessories and glittery sneakers.
It’s all about those little details!

Chunky Chain
I wanted something bold around my neck, so I chose this two-toned, very chunky chain from Temu.
I love chunky jewellery because it can completely change the look of a simple T-shirt.
And with an oversized tee like this one, you need a little something that can stand up to the volume of the top.
💍 Rings
Starting on my right hand, I am wearing this beautiful gold band with a yellow citrine stone, which just happens to be my sisie’s birthstone. 💛
And yes, this one came from Temu.
My left hand is home to my Oura Ring, which is my little health and fitness companion.
I love mixing meaningful pieces with affordable fashion jewellery because, to me, that’s what makes an outfit personal.
⌚ Watch
And then we have my watch!
This is a rose-gold Presidential-style band with an olive green dial and a sparkly fluted bezel, and it came from DHGate.
Ohhhh, that olive green dial! 💚
You know I love my olive green, so naturally this watch had to make an appearance.
The combination of rose gold, green and sparkle adds another layer to the outfit without making it feel too dressy.
💕 Bangles
Well… my bangles are still staying on their diet rather nicely! 😂
The first bangle is from a private seller, and her name is Pink.
The second one came from DHGate.
Because apparently, I can never have just one bangle!

My bag today is this reddish-brown braided suede bag from Amazon.
This little bag may be small, but My Friends…
She is mighty! 😂
There is actually lots of room inside, which is always a very important quality in a handbag.
I also love the reddish-brown colour for autumn. It feels warm, rich and seasonal, and it works beautifully with the tan jeans and dark brown belt.

And finally, my sunnies!
These have black arms, a gold frame and brown lenses, and they came from Temu.
The gold frame works beautifully with my jewellery and sneakers, while the brown lenses keep everything tied together.
And of course… we can’t leave the house without our sunnies! 😎
